Power Without Restraint. Direction Without Force. Strength with Roots.

Our Mission
The Grounded Man Project exists to support men in becoming steady, self-aware, and deeply rooted in who they are.
We create honest conversations and practical tools that help men reconnect with their inner strength, clarify their purpose, and build lives anchored in integrity, presence, and responsibility. Through story, brotherhood, and lived experience, we challenge isolation and surface-level masculinity, offering a path toward emotional maturity, meaningful relationships, and embodied leadership.
This is a space for men who are done pretending—and ready to stand firmly in themselves.
Our Purpose
The Grounded Man Project exists to help men reclaim their strength, purpose, and sense of worth—by doing the work together.
We create a space for honest conversation and shared experience, where men can speak what has gone unspoken and face the challenges that quietly erode their lives. Loss of passion. Loss of direction. Disconnection in relationships. The slow, corrosive belief that they are falling short as men.
These struggles are common—but they don’t have to be permanent.
GMP was built to help men step out of isolation and into grounded brotherhood. Not through posturing or performance, but through truth, accountability, and steady action. One conversation. One decision. One day at a time.
Justin and Mike have lived this work. They’ve faced the loss, the confusion, and the internal battles—and they’ve rebuilt from the inside out. The Grounded Man Project is the result of that journey, created to walk alongside other men who are ready to stop drifting and start building again.

The GMP Podcast
The Grounded Man Podcast is a space for men who are done carrying their struggles in silence and ready to rebuild from the inside out.
Through honest conversation, lived experience, and practical insight, we explore what it means to reclaim strength, purpose, and self-respect in a world that quietly pulls men off center. This podcast addresses the unspoken battles many men face—loss of passion, loss of direction, disconnection in relationships, and the internal dialogue that tells them they’re falling short.
Hosted by Justin and Mike, two men who have walked this path themselves, The Grounded Man Podcast offers grounded guidance, real stories, and steady perspective—without performative masculinity, empty motivation, or surface-level answers.
This isn’t about becoming someone new.
It’s about returning to who you are—one honest conversation and one grounded decision at a time.

There was a season in my life when I lost myself.
I lost direction. I lost passion.
And at my lowest point, I questioned whether I even wanted to keep going.
On the outside, I looked fine. On the inside, I was unraveling.
That season forced a decision: Stay stuck… or rebuild from the ground up.
I chose the harder path.
Through talk therapy, men’s groups, retreats, solitude, physical training, and deep internal work, I began reconstructing my life — not around ego, reputation, or approval — but around integrity and ownership.
I stopped trying to look strong. I started becoming steady. I started learning to love myself.
Today, I live at my edge. I train hard, I spend time in nature, and I use my learned skills to continuously work on growing myself. I pursue challenge - not to prove something, but to sharpen who I am.
A grounded man is not loud.
He is not reckless.
He is not emotionally numb.
He is steady under pressure.
He is disciplined in private.
He is self-aware enough to confront his shadows.
He is strong enough to protect — and safe enough to trust.
Justin and I built The Grounded Man Project because too many men are silently carrying weight they don’t talk about — confusion about identity, pressure to perform, fear of failing, and a quiet sense that something feels off.
You don’t have to hit rock bottom to rebuild your life.
But if you have — you’re not alone.
This project exists to challenge men to grow, to reclaim ownership of their internal world, and to build strength with roots.
If you’re ready to do the work — welcome.

I’ve always believed that most people already carry the answers they’re searching for.
Sometimes they just need the right guidance, the right challenge, and the right environment to uncover them. I’m a certified clinical hypnotherapist and life coach with a passion for helping people create real, lasting change. My work has focused on stress management, anxiety reduction, fears, phobias, habit control, confidence building, and helping individuals reclaim control over their lives.
But over time, I realized something was missing.
Too many men need support… but won’t walk into a traditional therapy room.
Too many men are struggling silently, carrying pressure they don’t know how to release.
Too many men want growth — but don’t know where to begin.
That’s where The Grounded Man Project was born.
Mike and I created this platform to bring honest conversations, real-life experience, practical tools, and raw truth into a setting men can actually connect with.
No masks.
No fluff.
No sugarcoating.
Just growth, ownership, healing, and challenge.
I believe confidence is built through action.
Self-worth is built through truth.
Strength is built when a man confronts the things he’s been avoiding.
My mission is simple:
Help men break through what has kept them stuck — failed relationships, fear, low self-worth, destructive habits, and the quiet belief that they are meant for less.
Because when one man changes his life, it impacts everyone around him.
That ripple effect reaches families, friendships, future generations, and every room he walks into.
As I tell my clients:
You already have the answers.
I’m here to help guide you toward the next level of the man you’re capable of becoming.
We’re answering the call.
Will you?
